The study investigated the perceived influence of organizational learning on employee performance among LAPO Microfinance Bank staff in Benin City. One research question was raised to guide the study. The survey design was adopted for the study. The descriptive aspect of the design was used to provide evidence on employee perceptions of the various subject matters, while the population of the study consisted of all 857 staff in Benin City. The sample size of the study was 273 respondents and was selected through multi-stage sampling techniques. The instrument for data collection was a self- made questionnaire and was validated by three experts, while the reliability was determined through test-retest reliability and analysed using Cronbach's Alpha reliability to obtain coefficient scores of 0.81. The collected data were analysed using descriptive statistics of frequency, percentage, mean scores, and standard deviation for the research questions raised, while inferential statistics of regression were used to test the formulated hypotheses at a 0.05 level of significance. The results revealed that organisational learning greatly influences employees’ performance in the LAPO Microfinance Bank in Benin City. The results further revealed that through organisational training, knowledge sharing and learning structure, staff have been equipped with the abilities to manage time, relate better with customers, and promote their skills that enhance better savings from customers. Based on the findings, it was recommended that industries and institutions should carry out periodic training for their staff, promote a culture of knowledge sharing, and enhance the learning structure, as this would help to boost productivity and minimise waste.
